Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Technical Lead
to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and drive best practices across Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce solution design and development.
Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Mentor developers and perform code reviews.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Manage CI/CD, releases, and deployments.
Drive Salesforce best practices, governance, and performance.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.




Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead.
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
or
Agentforce Innovator Badge
.
Hands-on experience with
Agentforce POCs
.
Strong expertise in
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript
.
Experience with
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, and data modelling.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management.
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
