About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-driven Administrator with SAP experience to support purchasing, inventory, and reporting functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is role offers flexible hours, with an immediate start.
Key responsibilities include:
Raising and processing purchase orders using SAP
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Generating reports using SAP, Excel, and Word
Document and data management in digital and paper form
Supporting general office administration: scanning, meeting minutes, sourcing quotes, and inductions




Juggling competing deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
About You:
You're an experienced Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, process-driven environments. You're confident using SAP and Excel, love ticking off tasks, and bring a calm, focused energy to your day.
ERP Systems Expertise:
You have hands-on experience with SAP - essential for this role
Administrative Skills:
You're highly organised, accurate, and responsive under pressure
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Communication:
Transparent and professional, both written and verbal
Time Management:
Able to multitask and meet deadlines with ease
