Accor is seeking a Reception Agent at our Queensland property to ensure guests receive a memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, respond to requests and contribute to a smooth, welcoming stay.
Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. Experience with Opera or similar systems is advantageous. This role offers the chance to grow within the Accor portfolio in Australia.
