What You'll Be Doing:
Data entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable
Payroll processing, creditor payments & tax compliance preparation
Data analysis & reporting using Excel
Maintaining financial records & preparing reports
Building strong client relationships while providing expert bookkeeping support
Inter-entity transactions and reconciliatons
What We're Looking For:
Solid Bookkeeping Experience
You're confident in your understanding of accounting processes and systems
Attention to Detail
Accuracy is your superpower, and you're committed to precision




Excel Expertise
You're comfortable using Excel for data analysis and reporting
Accounting Software Knowledge
Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar platform
Effective Communication Skills
You enjoy working directly with clients and offering excellent support
Proactive and Organised
You take initiative and manage tasks efficiently, with a strong sense of ownership
