About the role
As a Trainee Parts Interpreter, you'll step into a function that sits at the heart of every vehicle repair and service, making sure technicians and customers get exactly what they need to keep things moving.
In this role you will:
Learn to identify and supply the right parts for a wide range of vehicles, building expertise that stays with you for the rest of your career
Work closely with workshop technicians and trade customers daily, giving you real exposure to how a professional dealership operates from the inside
Process parts orders, invoicing, and returns with the support of experienced colleagues guiding you through every step
Develop your knowledge of electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems, skills that are highly transferable across the industry
Contribute to stock management and ordering, giving you a broader understanding of how a parts department runs as a business
Grow into a trusted team member as your confidence and capability build over time
