The Role
We are looking for qualified Fitters with the right culture fit, a bright attitude, and the willingness to learn within a team workplace. The successful applicant will demonstrate proven knowledge, skills, attention to detail and be an effective communicator in a team environment.
Day shifts and afternoon shifts are currently available.
Key Responsibilities
Have relevant trade qualification or dual trade
Preferred work experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry or willingness to learn
Be able to work independently and proactively on preventive maintenance, breakdowns and new installation work
Good fault-finding and strong problem-solving skills
Be competent in servicing and maintaining industrial equipment
Display positive behaviours in alignment with Sanitarium's values and be a reliable member of the team
