About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality and consistency Burgerfreak is known for. Working alongside our kitchen team, you'll prepare food to our standards while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to Burgerfreak's recipes and standards.
Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and inventory.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised and well maintained.
Work collaboratively with the front of house team to ensure smooth service.
Support opening and closing kitchen procedures.
About You
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
Good communication skills.
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
