About The Role
This is a senior, hands-on events role where you'll take ownership of an exciting portfolio of corporate events from planning through to flawless execution. Alongside delivering business luncheons, networking events and leadership programs, you'll lead the coordination of a prestigious annual Gala, working closely with senior executives and external partners at government level. Ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building stakeholder relationships and loves bringing exceptional events to life.
DUTIES
Manage end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of corporate events
Develop event timelines, project plans and detailed run sheets
Coordinate venues, suppliers and external event partners
Manage registrations, attendee communications and CRM records
Prepare presentations, name badges and event collateral
Deliver seamless onsite event coordination and guest experiences
Oversee event budgets,
financial reconciliation and reporting
Build strong relationships with sponsors, speakers and key stakeholders
Support email marketing campaigns and social media promotion
Conduct post-event analysis and identify continuous improvement opportunities
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience delivering end-to-end corporate events, conferences or large-scale functions
Strong project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience managing budgets, invoicing and financial reconciliation
Confidence using CRM systems and event management platforms
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while working autonomously
Experience within a membership organisation or association will be highly regarded
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is advantageous
