Our client is seeking a part time Trust Accountant to cover some annual leave from16 Sept - 19th Oct (inclusive) for approximately 15 hours per week.
About the Role
Manage daily trust accounting functions
Reconcile trust accounts and process payments
Ensure compliance with trust accounting legislation
Support the property management team with trust-related queries
About You
Previous trust accounting experience in residential real estate
Strong knowledge of trust accounting compliance and procedures
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
