Quality CoordinatorLocated in Taralga, NSWFull time, permanent positionBring your experience in quality and compliance to a role where your work directly supports safe, person-centred care for older people.At Uniting, we're looking for a Quality Coordinator to join our team at Uniting Taralga.
In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and frontline teams to strengthen quality systems, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the home.A Day In The Life with Uniting Aged CareAbout the roleIn this role, you'll support the delivery of the home's quality and compliance program, including:Coordinating audit and compliance activities and maintaining audit schedulesSupporting data collection and analysis to inform reporting and improvement initiativesAssisting with accreditation readiness and alignment to Aged Care Quality StandardsPartnering with the Service Manager to monitor and progress CQI action plansProviding guidance and support to staff to build confidence in quality processes Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and shared accountabilityAbout youYou're a detail-oriented and collaborative skilled who enjoys working with data, supporting teams, and improving systems.Must haveExperience in a Quality Coordinator or similar role, ideally within aged care or a regulated environmentStrong understanding of audits, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement processesExperience working with data, reporting, and quality indicatorsExcellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence othersA structured, thorough and disciplined approach to your workRelevant qualification such as Certificate IV in Individual Support or a related discipline (e.g. Quality,
