We are excited to be part of an organisation committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that helps people thrive in their communities.About YouYou will ideally possess:Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to undertake travel in accordance with responsibilities of the role.Current First Aid and CPR CertificatesCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.3+ Nursing experience – preferably in disability, mental health, or aged care community settings.Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary service with sound interpersonal,



problem solving and relationship building skills.A thorough understanding of contemporary clinical nursing challenges in the community or home setting.Demonstrated experience in completion of client assessments and development of individual care plans.Working knowledge of quality improvement framework in health care.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Working knowledge of the NDIS framework, safeguarding and safe care practices.Why Join Us?
