This is a six month secondment or fixed term role, offers a versatile hybrid work model and open for any location near any of our major centres across Australia and New Zealand.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with stakeholders to
identify
and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Analyse business processes,
identify
areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.




Develop detailed business models, workflows, and system requirements.
Assist
in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions and systems
, assessing and
validating
that the solution as designed will meet business needs and
objectives
.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and
identify
trends, patterns, and insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for various audiences, including senior management.
Design, plan, estimate and structure the business analysis approach, and
monitor
and report on analysis progress
Participate in project planning, execution, and management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What You'll Bring
Business analysis experience (e.g. 5 years+) on a diverse range of projects e.g. business transformation, application development, process re-design
Demonstrated experience undertaking business analysis with large groups of multiple cross functional business areas on large scale programs of work via multiple mediums across multiple locations




Demonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomes
Demonstrated experience of a Business Partnering mindset and a team player with good business relationship,
influencing
and collaboration skills
5 Years of Australian Financial Service industry experience or other regulated industry.
Experience in intermediated general insurance highly desirable.
Certified Agile/Scrum qualifications
Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable but not required.
