Our Head office is located in Mount Pritchard and supports businesses nationally.About The RoleWe are seeking a capable and dedicated Village Maintenance Officer to join our team on a full time basis at Watermark Freshwater, in Freshwater.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for completing general maintenance services across our Village to ensure the site remains safe, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.
More specifically,



your duties will include but are not limited to:Carry out general repairs and maintenance (reactive and scheduled)Perform a range of handyperson duties including patching, painting, and basic carpentryAssist with minor electrical work under supervision (where appropriate)Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors, ensuring compliance and quality outcomesAccurately log and track jobs using FM systems (e.g. FM Clarity)Identify defects and resolve maintenance issues efficientlySupport continuous improvement of maintenance proceduresMaintain strong, positive relationships with residents, staff, and contractorsEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with policies and regulationsAbout YouTo be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:Previous experience in a similar role including general maintenanceA tertiary qualification/s in a Trade or a related discipline is highly desirableA Criminal Record CheckCurrent Drivers LicenceFirst Aid Certificate and CPR certificationGood communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA strong commitment to safety and complianceWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
