Description
Your Role:
T
he Associate
Avionics
Engineer will support the provision of 21J Design Services in close association with MTCH, CAM Services and allied groups.
You will also
have accountability for:
Perform
ing d
evelopment of modifications,
repairs
and technical data amendments for
aircraft
electrical and
avionics systems.
Conduct Technical investigation into defects, deficiencies and faults reported on C27J
aircraft
avionics
systems
Under direction, investigate,
analyse
and develop pragmatic and
timely
engineering solutions to technical
issues experienced during C-27J operations.
Work
ing
closely in a team with other experienced engineering personnel to sustain and grow the C27J
capability.
Progressively
attain
competency, technical
knowledge
and
expertise
on C-27J avionics systems.
I
nteract
ing
with and support allied departments in the provision of TLS services to meet customer requirements.
Progressively gain a good understanding of Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR)
About You:
Bachelor of Engineering (AQF Level 8) in Avionics, Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics or a similar field
Graduate Membership of Engineers Australia / Membership of BPEQ
Aviation Experience, preferably in a design environment
Problem Solving and Technical Report writing
Computer Aided Design experience/competency
