Provide sound, risk-balanced commercial and contractual advice to support Program outcomes Propose, negotiate and respond to Contract Change Proposals, including contract drafting Prepare and deliver S&Qs; in consultation with relevant functional teams Prepare, submit and manage all contractual deliverables and notifications Support and contribute to contract reviews (e.g. Award Term Reviews, Periodic Cost Reviews) Oversee delivery of TLS services to ensure scope remains within contracted limits Lead and support the resolution of contractual issues, disputes, claims and performance relief where applicable To be successful in this role, you will need: Degree or Diploma in Business, Contract Law, or equivalent relevant experience Demonstrated experience in contract management using ASDEFCON templates Proven capability in drafting S&Qs; and Contract Change Proposals Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify, assess and manage contractual risk Highly developed negotiation skills with a focus on win-win outcomes Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills Experience operating as a leader within complex Programs and senior leadership environments
