Description
Your Role:
The
Senior Avionics Engineer
will be working with the Capability Development team in the development and
certification
of
capability Enhancements to the C-27J
aircraft
.
You will also
have accountability for:
The
Development,
review &
a
pproval of
various
aircraft
Avionics /
Electrical and
/or
Electronic System
technical repair and design documents
Providing engineering input to
maintaining
the C-27J configuration, technical and operational publications.
Ensuring that the Engineering Task management data base and other tools are accurately updated with relevant information
Analysing data and the preparation of reports for meetings
Managing engineering workflows and tasks in coordination with customer
organisation priorities to
maintain
airworthiness, mission
capability
and
aircraft
availability.
About You:
The ability to obtain and
maintain
an AGSVA security clearance at NV 1
Bachelor's degree in aerospace
Avionics and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Chartered Membership of Engineers Australia (CPEng), RPEQ
Minimum
3+
years' Experience
as an Avionics and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineer in Defence Aviation.
