Your new role
In this role, you will:
Process end-to-end payroll including reviewing and analysing multiple Awards and EA's
Ensure compliance with Fairwork legislation
Write up reports and journals for all aspects of payroll for the finance team
Annual salary reconciliations
Updating systems and relevant employee data
Regular audit processes and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience with full function payroll
Strong experience with hospitality Award - highly desired
Solid understanding of payroll legislation and relevant Awards




Ability to interpret agreements and Awards to ensure compliance
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Strong Excel skills - macros highly regarded
