In ****, we expanded with The Local Production, a full-service creative agency dedicated to elevating brands through strategic storytelling and high-end content creation.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Specialist to lead the operational delivery of digital content across our owned channels and agency clients. You will be the go-to person for quality control, workflow management and execution oversight, ensuring everything we publish is accurate, polished and delivered on time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, has a sharp eye for detail and enjoys creating systems and processes that help teams work smarter.
You will:
Oversee the end-to-end operational execution of digital content across social platforms for both agency clients and owned channels
Implement and maintain quality control processes for visuals, captions, scheduling, tags and client deliverables
Guide Digital/Content Coordinators in best practices for publishing, QA and workflow adherence
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Ensure content aligns with campaign goals and timelines
Assist with reporting and performance insights as needed
About you
You are highly organised, proactive and thrive on creating structure in fast-moving environments. You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in ensuring every piece of content meets high standards of quality and accuracy.
You'll bring:
5+ years in digital content operations, publishing, or social media management
Strong operational mindset with experience in process creation, checklists and QA systems
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot errors before content goes live
Experience across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube)
Familiarity with content management/scheduling tools (Notion, Trello, Sprout, Zapper, WordPress, Campaign Monitor) and implementing automations throughout the workflow process
A background in high-volume content teams, publisher-side operations or experience handling multi-platform workflows and quality control at scale.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
