About the firm
This partner-led accounting firm operates across Business Advisory and Audit, with a strong Sydney base and offices throughout the APAC region, including Korea, Vietnam and Singapore. The firm works with a diverse client base, including international subsidiaries, inbound clients and Australian SMEs with turnover up to $50m.
The Sydney office is a close-knit team of 10, supported by an offshore team in the Philippines. With four partners and a well-structured team model, staff benefit from hands-on leadership, clear progression pathways and exposure to compelling, cross-border work.
The firm offers genuine flexibility, including one day per week working from home and flexible hours to support school pick-up and drop-off, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive team culture.
About the role
The firm are looking for a supervisor or senior looking to step up to work alongside the Manager and work closely with the Partner.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of Clients
Tax planning and restructuring advice
Training and development of staff reporting into you
Preparation, delegation, and review of compliance work including tax returns, financial statements,



activity statements, FBT etc.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team, developing future leaders
Work alongside partners on firm-wide strategy, business development, and growth initiatives
Skills & experience:
CA or CPA qualified
Minimum 5-7+ years in Business Services
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
Extensive understanding of compliance & advisory work
