Senior Accountant - Business Services
Fully Remote (WFH)
Must be based in South East Queensland
Up to $110k + Super

The Opportunity
You'll step into a trusted Senior Accountant role within a well-established Business Services team, managing your own client portfolio and acting as a key advisor to SME clients across SE QLD.
While the role is fully WFH, the firm is intentionally Brisbane-based - meaning you'll still have:
Local clients
Occasional in-person collaboration (team days, training, client meetings if required)
Clear career visibility and progression pathways
This is not an offshore or disconnected remote role - it's local, adaptable, and long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients across multiple industries
Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS & IAS
Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory support




Liaise directly with clients and build long-term trusted relationships
Mentor junior accountants and review work where required
Identify value-add opportunities and process improvements
About You
CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
4-7+ years' experience in Australian public practice
Strong experience in Business Services / Tax
Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Must be based in South East Queensland (Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or surrounds)
