What Makes this Role Unique?
In our Psychosocial Disability team, you'll work with people who may present complex and high-risk behaviours of concern as a result of mental health diagnoses or other conditions. We specialise in developing individual therapeutic models of support, ensuring every person receives care that is person-centred and evidence-based.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex psychosocial needs.
Assist with daily living tasks and personal care where required.
Implement individual therapeutic support models and development programs.




Manage risk and ensure safety at all times.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Engage in active support that promotes independence and wellbeing
About You:

A current Driver's License
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification
