Charterhouse are partnered with an excellent North Sydney firm who are looking for a Senior Manager to joint their growing firm. They are a 4 Partner firm who put a real value on high-quality work, systems and promote work/life balance.

About the role
The firm are looking for a Senior Manager or Manager to work on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days in their North Sydney office and 2/3 days a week at home.
This role has the potential to grow into Partnership within the next couple of years as the firm continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Overseeing client portfolio worth around $800k - $1mill in fees
Clients: Wide range of clients across different industries; including manufacturing, financial services, HNWI, complex family groups up to around $100mill in turnover - some international clients
Tax planning and restructuring advice
Training and development of staff reporting into you




This role will have a real focus on building and maintaining client relationships
Skills & experience
CA or CPA qualification preferred
Strong experience within Accounting & Tax Advisoryu
Extensive understanding of compliance & regulatory work
Excellent leadership experience, able to manage & mentor junior staff
Critical thinking & problem solving
