Your new role
The Instructional Designer will join the team for a big transformation program.
Accountabilities
Learning Needs Analysis:
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and define objectives for transformation-related initiatives.
Instructional Design & Development:
Create high-quality learning content (e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, videos, simulations) using modern design principles and tools.
Apply adult learning theories, blended learning strategies, and digital learning best practices.
Content Management:
Ensure all learning materials are accurate, consistent,
and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with Change Management and Communications teams to integrate learning into the broader change strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in large-scale transformation programs or financial services.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise) and LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of digital learning trends (microlearning, gamification, adaptive learning).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
