Financial Crime Operations (FCO) is on a mission to protect our customers, communities and financial systems from harm. With a team of 2,000+ operations professionals across Australia, New Zealand and India, we lead the Group's approach to managing Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism Financing and Sanctions risks throughout the customer lifecycle. From onboarding and KYC to ongoing due diligence, transaction monitoring and customer screening, our work is critical - and the impact is real.
Within FCS, the
Strategy & Performance (S&P;)
function enables our Financial Crime Operational (FCO) teams to thrive. We set strategic direction, define performance expectations, strengthen our operating model, and deliver core capabilities including capability uplift, governance, workforce optimisation, insights, change management and communications.
And at the heart of this is
People Experience
- ensuring our people feel supported, inspired and empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes.
We are now seeking a
People Experience Coach
to help shape the future of FCO by building leadership excellence, uplifting capability and delivering brilliant experiences that fuel engagement, performance and growth.
Why This Role Matters
As a People Experience Coach, you will deliver a pivotal role in shaping our culture and enabling our people to be their best. By partnering closely with FCO leaders and teams, you will influence how we lead, how we work, and how we grow. You'll bring curiosity, creativity, analytical thinking and strategic execution to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen capability and elevate staff experience across multiple geographies.

What you'll do:
Shape People Experience across a global operation
Deliver a critical role in defining our rhythms, purpose, priorities and culture as FCO continues to evolve.
Build and deploy leadership, interpersonal and personal effectiveness capability programs across Australia, New Zealand and India.




Grow your operational and commercial acumen by working closely with senior operational teams.
Develop leaders and build great teams
Design and deliver leadership, Interpersonal and personal effectiveness programs, workshops and learning pathways.
Coach leaders and emerging talent to build high-performing, resilient teams.
Facilitate feedback, goal setting and growth conversations that drive performance and engagement.
Lead and deliver high-impact people initiatives
Shape and drive execution of strategic People Experience programs across capability, communications, engagement and change.
Develop comprehensive and robust project plans to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.
Facilitate quality decision-making by identifying risks, managing dependencies and navigating issues.
Enhance staff experience and culture
Champion a positive, inclusive culture.
Use engagement insights and data to identify opportunities for leadership-driven improvement.
Organise experiences that bring people together - from team-building to development programs.
Partner for success
Build trusted, influential relationships with leaders across FCO, HR, Learning & Development and other key partners.
Embed People Experience initiatives through strong stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management and collaborative delivery.
Bring thought leadership and Human-Centred Design expertise to enhance operational excellence, capability uplift, experience design and employee engagement.
About you
You're energised by people, purpose and the opportunity to enable others to thrive. You combine curiosity, empathy and strategic thinking with strong execution and stakeholder influence. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems and driving meaningful change.
More specifically, you bring:
Proven experience in leadership development,



coaching or people capability uplift.
Strong facilitation and communication skills - written, verbal, storytelling and multimedia.
Experience delivering hybrid or large-scale projects in agile environments.
Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders at all levels and manage diverse stakeholders.
A natural curiosity and appetite to learn, experiment and evolve.
A pragmatic approach to problem solving with strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
Passion for guiding teams and enabling better risk, compliance and customer outcomes.
Experience in two or more of the following: project management, change management, experience design, learning and development, communications, digital, contact centre or HR.
Understanding of operational environments and the realities of frontline leadership.
