Your new role
A rare and exciting opportunity has opened up in their Australian Head Office for a senior accountant. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will produce the IFRS package, taxation requirements, reporting and statutory accounting.
Specific duties include:
Statutory cashflow, segment reporting and AASB******* disclosures
Fixed assets maintenance, additions / disposals/ depreciation
Balance sheet reconciliations, including variance and trend analysis.
Month end and year-end close
Group reporting including consolidation
Transfer pricing and statutory taxation requirements
Sales analysis and reporting to local management and Head office
Process improvement projects and involvement in global systems upgrades
What you'll need to succeed
CA or CPA qualified accountant with an impressive career to date.




Experienced working for a complex sizeable company ideally within a product related / distribution model
Strong understanding of accounting concepts
Outstanding communication skills and confident liaising with internal stakeholders
Ability to understand and manipulate data using your strong excel skills
A working knowledge of SAP including upgrades
A glass half full, proactive, inquisitive nature and solution-driven
