, providing critical support to travelers in need of medical assistance across the globe.
About the Role
As part of our Medical Assistance team, you'll be responsible for:
Telephonic health advice
: Deliver safe, accurate, and timely clinical guidance to clients experiencing health issues abroad.
Case management
: Oversee medical cases, evaluate reports, and coordinate care with local providers.
Support and education
: Guide non-clinical staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a
Registered Nurse
Emergency Department experience
(minimum 2 years preferred)
Advanced life support certifications (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS)
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
Professional and empathetic telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work rotating shift rosters




Flexibility to move to a hybrid working schedule (Minimum 2 days in the office)
