That's why our team brings together deep industry experience with some of the brightest young minds in Australia. Our values are more than just words on an email signature; we're driven by an ethos that inspires and governs everything we do.
The Role:
We have a permanent, full time opportunity at Manager or Senior Manager level within our Maritime Sustainment segment.
This is a delivery-focused role supporting Defence acquisition and sustainment clients to make better decisions under pressure, improve governance, and stay ahead of risk. You'll work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and be trusted to shape practical risk and opportunity approaches that protect schedule, cost, and capability outcomes.
Our Ideal Candidate:
This role suits a Manager or Senior Manager with a strong delivery mindset and substantive experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You may come from an engineering, project management or similar background, but critically, you bring a mature understanding of risk and opportunity management beyond pure technical delivery.
As a Defence consultancy, we also need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.
You will demonstrate:
In-depth experience managing schedule, risk and opportunity in complex programs
The ability to run, interrogate and challenge schedules to protect delivery outcomes
A proactive, opportunity-focused approach to problem-solving
Confidence engaging with senior Navy and industry stakeholders
An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive outcomes
Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
Having these other abilities would also be awesome (but not mandatory):
Experience on large, complex maritime programs, or major platform sustainment or upgrade activities
