We are seeking an experienced
Senior Network Security Engineer
to lead and support a large-scale enterprise firewall migration project.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex transformation program involving the migration from
Check Point to Cisco Secure Firewall
across a multi-site environment.
The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience delivering similar network security and firewall migration initiatives within large enterprise organisations and will act as a key technical authority throughout the implementation and migration lifecycle.
Key Requirements
Strong experience with
Cisco Networking
,
Cisco Secure Firewall
, and
Firepower Management Centre (FMC)
Proven expertise in
Check Point Firewalls
and
SmartConsole
Experience designing and supporting
multi-site network security architectures
Demonstrated capability to act as an
implementation and migration authority
on large-scale security transformation projects
Strong firewall policy management skills, including:
Rule consolidation
Rule reviews
Policy optimisation and rationalisation
Hands-on, end-to-end experience delivering
Check Point to Cisco Secure Firewall migrations
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and critical infrastructure

Previous experience leading or delivering enterprise-scale firewall migration programs
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams
