The Opportunity
As a Senior Accountant in our Griffith office,



you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. We drive a supportive, people-first culture and have a strong focus on well-being, development and clear progression opportunities.
You will be an integral part of the team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. Position Responsibilities
Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
Help provide exceptional service to our clients
About You
4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
Expertise in APS accounting software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
