You will play a key role in shaping where and how the business invests, while working closely with senior leaders across regions and functions.

Develop and refine
corporate growth and investment strategy
in partnership with senior leadership
Lead
end-to-end transaction activity

Evaluate current markets and competitive dynamics to support long-term decision-making
Prepare investment materials and recommendations for executive and shareholder review
Support integration planning and performance tracking following transactions
Requirements:
Background in
corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
Demonstrated experience executing
complex transactions
from origination through completion
Commercially astute, analytically strong and comfortable working with ambiguity
