Your new role
As a Lending Manager, you will own residential home loan applications from first conversation through to settlement, delivering confident outcomes for customers and maintaining high standards across lending, compliance, and service.
In this role, you will
Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients by being their main point of contact throughout the entire lending journey
Use your existing market knowledge, referral networks, and industry relationships to generate your own leads and grow a strong personal pipeline
Have the freedom to back your lending judgement, structure solutions creatively, and work directly within a true end-to-end lending environment to get deals across the line
Balance quality and momentum, focusing on well-structured submissions rather than volume for volume's sake
Work in a role where your effort directly translates into outcomes you can see, from happy clients to settled loans.

What you'll need to succeed
Strong ability and experience generating your own leads and referral partners
Confidence leading professional lending conversations and building rapport quickly
Proven experience managing residential home loans end to end from enquiry through to settlement
Strong understanding of credit assessment, lender policy, and responsible lending obligations
Ability to manage multiple applications in a fast-paced environment
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and relevant regulatory accreditation
