Nursery Lead Educators | part-time (Monday to Friday required)
We're on the lookout for an experienced Early Learning leader who:
Spark joy and curiosity in every little learner they meet
Cheer on their fellow educators and help build a thriving community

As a
Lead Educator,
you'll guide and mentor your team to create a calm, nurturing space where our young learners feel safe, supported, and curious.
Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll help shape meaningful routines and experiences that foster each child's development—while documenting their learning and milestones with love and care, all within a compliant and responsive environment.

Sparrow Early Learning Ellenbrook
is a large purpose built centre that has immersive large studios and outdoor play spaces.
We acknowledge each child is unique and let all children learn and develop at their own pace.
We pride ourselves on our great relationships with our families and we welcome their contributions in all areas of learning.
Our service is located close to Arbor Grove Primary School and local shops.
What you'll need:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Proven Nursery Room Leader experience is a long-hour learning centres
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
Current Working with Children Check
Mandatory National Child Safety Training
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience with Storypark is a bonus
First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
