Senior BA - Contract chance - Process driven role in Insurance

We're seeking a Senior BA to support a Keystone initiative within a large, complex organisation in Insurance.
Your new role
Working with a Delivery Lead, you'll help refine and drive requirements across a multi-stream delivery, including Consumer, Docs & Notices, Customer Communications, and Commercial.
The focus of the role is process redesign for the use of the Keystone platform, covering due diligence processes, documentation, and supporting the upskilling of Product Development teams. You'll also assist with PDS and related document analysis across in-scope brands and support the creation of a Clause Library for loading into Keystone.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced Senior BA
Experience in process redesign (mandatory)
Experience working on Documents, Customer Communications or Claims initiatives (highly regarded)




Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Solid understanding of the product creation lifecycle
Ability to operate across complex, multi-stream deliveries
Keystone platform experience not required, but a definite advantage
What you'll get in return
This role offers a 6-month contract and a day rate of $900 + super per day. You'll be based in Melbourne CBD and enjoy flexible working arrangements (2-3 days in the office).
