About the Role:
Room Leader: Honey Bees (0 - 1 years)
Create a warm, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel safe, secure, and supported.
This role suits an experienced Room Leader who is passionate about responsive caregiving, building strong relationships, and providing meaningful learning experiences through play, exploration, and everyday moments.
This role requires flexibility with shifts and availability to act as Responsible Person when required (open/close duties).

What We're Looking For
Working towards or hold a valid Diploma in Early Childhood Education
(certificate III holders will not be considered)
Previous experience leading a room in an early learning setting
(essential)
Willing and able to act as Responsible Person when required
Open to a 4-day week for the right candidate
Flexible with shifts: availability across operating hours 7:00am - 6:00pm
A valid WA Working with Children Check
Full Australian working rights
