The OpportunityAt IMDEX we are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect - Enterprise Systems to play a critical role in the ongoing evolution of our enterprise application landscape.
This is an opportunity to influence how our core business systems integrate, scale and support a globally connected organisation while helping drive greater automation, technical maturity and business efficiency.Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems & IT Operations, you'll provide architectural leadership across a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications, including Pronto ERP, Salesforce CRM, SharePoint, SuccessFactors, Integration Platform, SnowFlake, and other critical business platforms.
This role is ideal for a hands-on solution architect who enjoys designing practical solutions and seeing them through to implementation.
While you'll work closely with internal teams, vendors and delivery partners, you'll also be comfortable getting into the detail and delivering technical solutions yourself when required.
A key focus will be improving integration across the application landscape, reducing complexity, eliminating technical debt and establishing scalable, governed solutions that support IMDEX's global operations and growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end solutions across IMDEX's enterprise systems landscape, ensuring scalability,



reliability and alignment with business objectives.Lead integration initiatives across platforms including Pronto, Salesforce, SharePoint, SuccessFactors, SnowFlake and other business-critical systems.Drive automation and system interoperability, improving data flows and reducing manual processes across the organisation.Develop architecture standards, integration patterns and technical roadmaps that support long-term business growth and digital transformation.Provide technical leadership to project teams, vendors and stakeholders while maintaining a hands-on approach to solution delivery.Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, simplify the application landscape and improve overall system maturity.
About YouYou are a commercially minded Solutions Architect who has operated within a medium to large enterprise environment and understands the complexity of managing interconnected business systems at scale.You combine strong technical depth with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and can confidently work with both technical specialists and business leaders.
What You'll BringProven experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect or Senior Applications Architect within a medium to large organisation.Robust experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS and collaboration systems, ideally including Pronto, Salesforce, SharePoint and SuccessFactors.Deep knowledge of systems integration, APIs, middleware,



event-driven architecture and modern integration patterns.Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions in complex environments.The ability to be hands-on when needed, moving beyond design to support delivery and implementation.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.Experience working with global user communities and geographically dispersed teams.
