Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reporting, and commercial performance.
Lead and coordinate self-perform crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project support teams.
Ensure projects are adequately resourced and workforce requirements are planned in line with programme demands.
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
Administer construction contracts, including procurement, variations, claims, progress claims, and final accounts.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with client, legislative, and company requirements.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address safety, quality, programme, or cost issues.
Coordinate site mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
Ensure defects, commissioning, completion documentation, and handover requirements are achieved.
Provide regular reporting on project progress, commercial performance, risks, and key deliverables.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5–7 years' experience as a Project Manager delivering construction projects for a contractor.
Proven experience delivering projects in remote construction, NPI, modular buildings, accommodation camps, villages, or similar resource-sector infrastructure.
Experience managing projects using a combination of self-perform crews and subcontractors.
Demonstrated ability to control project performance through effective planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong understanding of project controls, including programmes, critical path management, progress tracking, budgeting,
forecasting, and risk management.
Experience administering construction contracts, managing variations, claims, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Sound understanding of construction methodologies, temporary works, safety systems, quality requirements, and site operations.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and drive accountability across site and office personnel.
