About the role – HR Advisor
As our HR Advisor, you will support the delivery of key people processes across the organisation.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a collaborative and supportive People & Culture team, you'll contribute across talent acquisition, onboarding and induction, learning and development, employee wellbeing, HR systems and reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR skilled looking to build on their existing experience and take the next step in their HR career.
Supported by an experienced team, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of people practices while continuing to develop your generalist and advisory capabilities.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Support end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, helping attract and onboard great talent.




Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Support key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including probation, performance and employee movements.
Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs, including service anniversaries and employee awards.
Coordinate mandatory compliance training and maintain learning and development records.
Support the delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives and programs.
Maintain accurate employee data and records within ELMO and other HR systems.
Prepare HR metrics and reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
Work closely with managers and employees to deliver responsive, accurate and professional people support.
About You
You're a proactive and organised HR professional who enjoys working with people and delivering a great employee experience.
You have a solid foundation in HR and are looking to continue building your generalist capability across a broad range of people processes.
You enjoy building positive working relationships, take pride in delivering high-quality work and have a keen eye for detail.
You're adaptable,



approachable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the organisation.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Experience maintaining HR systems, employee records and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn, grow and take ownership of your responsibilities.
