SMT Technician – High Mix / Low Volume

Lyntel Electronics is a Perth‐based electronics manufacturer seeking a hands‐on SMT Technician to support high‐mix, low‐volume production.
Role includes:
SMT setup and operation (short runs & prototypes)
Feeder loading, changeovers, reflow support
Inspection to IPC‐A‐610
Basic fault‐finding, AOI support, and rework (IPC‐J‐STD‐001)
You'll need:
SMT or electronics manufacturing experience
Ability to read BOMs and assembly drawings
Robust attention to detail and quality focus
IPC knowledge (certification a plus)
