Hidden deep below the heritage-listed **** South Perth Police Station,
BANGLA
draws on the talent, influence and passion behind some of Perth's most celebrated Asian restaurants.
Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Sundoo Kim (Lotus, KARLA and Tonic + Ginger), alongside Head Chef Thanapat 'Teddy' Rattichot.
We are looking for individual's up for the challenge of a big venue and wanting to further their career with a progressive, locally owned company.
A bit about YOU!
At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a high volume, fast paced hospitality venue.
A hands on leader who thrives on the floor and leads by example.
Delivering exceptional service comes naturally and you are committed to creating memorable guest experiences every shift.
Confidence in managing a busy section while leading the team through service.
You can manage table turns, set guest expectations and coach your team through the rush.
A charismatic and energetic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to contribute to the success of the business.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and support your team while maintaining high standards of professionalism, presentation and performance.
A positive,



approachable and respectful management style that inspires confidence and builds a strong team culture.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Reliable, punctual and flexible with availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends.
A current WA RSA certificate and full Australian working rights.
Proven experience training and developing team members to deliver exceptional service while confidently upselling food and beverage offerings.
Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine pride in maintaining high standards across every aspect of the guest experience.
You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and take ownership to ensure the venue consistently exceeds expectations.
Candidates must be available weekends & evenings as bulk of trade during this time!
