The Opportunity
We're excited to be on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to provide client, commercial and strategic leadership across our website support portfolio.
This critical role is new and perfect for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, solving problems and helping clients get long-term value from their websites.
You'll guide clients through evolving technologies, platform updates and digital opportunities while making sure they feel informed, supported and confident about what comes next.
You'll manage a portfolio of support clients while also maintaining oversight of support arrangements across the agency.
Working closely with our Support Manager, Project Managers and technical team, you'll make sure client arrangements are commercially sound, risks are addressed early and longer-term needs don't get lost among day-to-day requests.
The Support Manager will own the daily Support Desk and technical workflow, allowing you to focus on client relationships, commercial performance and future planning.
What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of support clients and become a trusted point of contact
Oversee support reporting, WIP, commercial performance and client arrangements
Lead renewals, strategic planning and key client conversations
Help clients plan for upgrades, refreshes and future platform requirements
Lead project-to-support handovers and set clients up for long-term success
Coordinate quarterly strategy sessions and Kentico planning for key clients




Support client communication during critical incidents and escalations
Work with the Support Manager and broader account team to connect client priorities with technical delivery
What you'll bring
Client service or account management experience within a digital agency, web agency, SaaS business or similar environment
Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing ongoing client arrangements
The ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
Confidence leading sensitive or commercially challenging conversations
The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A genuine interest in websites, digital platforms and emerging technology
Strong judgement and the ability to spot risks and opportunities early
