Position Overview
The Customer Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting Building Supervisors in the management of residential and commercial projects.
This role ensures efficient communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders, including insurance companies, adjusters, brokers, property managers, strata managers, contractors, suppliers, and other key parties.
The role is accountable for the smooth administration of projects, meeting internal and external KPIs, and ensuring all work is completed in line with company objectives, customer requirements, and project budgets.
This includes monitoring project financial performance, supporting workflow processes, coordinating scheduling, and assisting with work orders and invoicing.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in an office administration role (min 3 years preferred)
Experience in the Insurance industry (preferred)
Experience in a customer focussed role
Effective time management skills,
managing multiple tasks and competing priorities to meet conflicting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well presented with exceptional work ethic
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer and monitor repair projects, including; keeping customers updated, liaising with subcontractors, processing contractual documents, monitoring customer portals and keeping job files up to date
Manage all inbound customer queries and maintain a clear and regular line of communication
Provide support to the broader team including relief during staff leave of absences
Strict adherance to customer KPI's
Ensure a timely response to non-satisfactory work practices or any rectification works relating to those works
Resolve issues should they arise professionally, economically, effectively and aware of the customer requirements and experience
