Scarboro Toyota is seeking an experienced, customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our high-performing Service Department in Osborne Park.

What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements
Managing service enquiries, bookings and repair orders
Providing accurate estimates for the cost and completion time of work
Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process
Liaising with the Workshop Controller and technicians to maintain an efficient workflow
Obtaining customer approval for additional repairs and maintenance
Organising courtesy vehicles where required
Responding to customer enquiries and resolving concerns professionally
Promoting dealership services and identifying new business opportunities
Ensuring repair orders and customer records are completed accurately
Working closely with other dealership departments to deliver a seamless customer experience
Following dealership safety, security and operational procedures
What we're looking for




A minimum of two years' experience in a similar automotive Service Advisor role
Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
Sound mechanical understanding
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisation and time-management abilities
The ability to communicate effectively with customers and workshop technicians
A professional approach to handling customer concerns
Confidence working in a busy, performance-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership computer systems
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider dealership team
A current Australian driver's licence
