Experience with PropertyMe and TenantOptions is preferable, but not a deal-breaker.
• You are organised, calm, and solutions-focused
• You communicate well with landlords and tenants
• You take ownership but are not afraid to ask questions
• You want to be part of a team, not just hold a portfolio
Essential licenses:
• You hold valid Property Manager's registration in SA
• You hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licence
Formal accolades are nice.
