Builder / Lead Carpenter

We're looking for an experienced Builder or Lead Carpenter who cares about quality, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely values craftsmanship and outstanding client experiences.
What you'll be doing
You'll work across a range of high-quality projects including:
Renovations and extensions
New homes
Structural alterations
High-end residential construction
Managing trades and ensuring quality workmanship
Working closely with clients and the Premier team to deliver exceptional results
No two projects are the same, which means every day brings something new.
We're looking for someone who:
Holds a Certificate III in Carpentry
Residential experience is essential
Renovation experience is essential
Holds a current driver's licence
Takes pride in producing quality work
Has excellent attention to detail
Leads by example on site
Communicates well with clients, suppliers and trades
Can think ahead and solve problems before they become issues
Is organised, reliable and motivated
