We are seeking a Civil Design Drafter with demonstrated Civil 3D capability and experience preparing civil design and documentation for building-related projects.
Your responsibilities may include:
preparing civil design drawings and documentation
developing accurate Civil 3D models
assisting with siteworks and associated civil infrastructure design
preparing documentation relating to grading, earthworks, stormwater and pavements
incorporating engineering mark-ups and design changes
coordinating civil documentation with structural, architectural and other disciplines
maintaining drawing and documentation standards
working closely with engineers to deliver coordinated and constructible outcomes
You will ideally have:




demonstrated experience using Civil 3D
experience preparing civil documentation for building projects
robust technical drafting and documentation skills
excellent attention to detail
the ability to interpret engineering information and mark-ups
an understanding of project coordination and documentation processes
a practical and collaborative approach to project delivery
Experience with site grading, earthworks, stormwater, pavements or associated building-site civil works will be highly regarded.
