About the Role
As a
Registered Nurse
, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.
Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centered care,
and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care plans
Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and records
Support residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative Care
Adhere to infection prevention and control practices
Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in Aged Care
Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
