Highly desirable criteriaStrong commercial experience developing C# and .
NET applications, web services and APIs.Experience with Python for AI/ML development, prototyping and modern web frameworks.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)



and Terraform.Experience establishing reusable engineering patterns, frameworks and enterprise capabilities.Demonstrated experience working in AI, innovation or start-up environments.Practical experience applying AI and machine learning solutions to solve business problems.Experience delivering technology solutions within Government or large enterprise environments.Knowledge of AI safety principles and responsible AI practices.
Desirable criteriaExperience working within Agile delivery environments.Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience automating environments using CI/CD pipelines, including Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Experience integrating DevOps practices into AI workflows, including model deployment, version control and monitoring.Contributions to open-source projects, hackathons, innovation initiatives, published research or personal AI projects will be highly regarded.
Skills and experienceProven experience as a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer or AI Engineer.Strong programming skills in C#, .
