As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused
Scheduling Coordinator
to join our Production team.

About the Position
This role is responsible for coordinating
check measures, installations and service calls
across our
Outdoor Blinds, Roofing and Garage Door
divisions.
You'll work closely with Production Managers, Sales Managers, installers, subcontractors and customers to ensure every job progresses smoothly from sale through to completion.
This is a busy role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are critical.
Every day is different, and your ability to prioritise tasks and keep multiple projects moving will be key to your success.
What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling & Coordination
Schedule customer check measures, installations and service calls.
Build efficient daily schedules that maximise installer productivity.
Manage appointment changes and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
Coordinate installation dates with production and material availability.
Ensure jobs are installation-ready before scheduling.
Maintain accurate job information within our CRM.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Work closely with the Production Manager to keep workflows running efficiently.
Process customer payments where required.
Assist in resolving scheduling and operational issues.
Working with Installers & Subcontractors




Coordinate our network of subcontractors and in-house installation teams.
Build strong working relationships with installers.
Allocate work efficiently across multiple crews.
Ensure subcontractors receive all required job information.
Assist with sourcing and onboarding new subcontractors as required.
Help maintain the high installation standards Just Quality is known for.
About You

Experience We're Looking For
Previous experience in scheduling, administration, project coordination or a similar role.
Experience within construction, home improvement or trade-based industries is highly regarded.
Experience coordinating subcontractors or field staff is an advantage.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn CRM and scheduling software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
