About the Town

Bold Park Aquatic
Bold Park Aquatic Centre aims to provide a safe and friendly aquatic environment with its programmes and services accessible to a diverse range of patrons.
It consists of a 10 lane 50m pool and a semi-enclosed leisure pool which includes four 20m lanes, open all year round.
The Role
Join the energetic and agile team at Bold Park Aquatic!
As the first point of contact for our patrons and community, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bold Park Aquatic Centre.
You will provide friendly and efficient assistance, respond to enquiries, complete a range of administrative tasks, and work collaboratively with the aquatic team to ensure a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every visitor.
The roster for this role may include mornings, evenings and weekends.

Selection Criteria
Well-developed customer service skills and previous experience in a customer focused role.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate and with adequate typing skills.
Demonstrated Cash Handling and numeracy skills.
Experience in using computerised Venue Management Systems.
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in an organised manner in a busy environment with competing priorities.
Knowledge of Aquatic Centre procedures is desirable.
Essential:
Apply First Aid Certificate.
Barista Certificate is desirable.
Eligibility
Australian working rights.
National Police Clearance (no older than 3 months).
