Tetlow Legal are looking for an energetic and dynamic lawyer to join our well-respected and close-knit team.

This position would suit a lawyer with at least 2+ years PAE.
The successful candidate will be admitted to practice in either the ACT or NSW.
The successful candidate will work with, and receive mentoring from, a highly skilled Partner in the firm's Property & Commercial practice.
The position will primarily involve assisting and servicing the firm's property law clients.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
The work is diverse and involves the following:
Preparation of Contracts for Sale;
ACT & NSW residential conveyancing;
ACT & NSW commercial conveyancing;
NSW rural transactions;
Advising in relation to off-the-plan transactions and building contracts; and
Advising in relation to retirement villages.
The successful applicant is not required to have experience in all these areas and will receive training and mentoring to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to advise clients confidently.
